The only reason a crowd at a Ghanaian club decided not to pick up money Uncle Vinny threw at them ostensibly for them to pick up or catch could be how insignificant the amount was to them.
Uncle Vinny is a South African artist with a large fan base in his home country.
During his visit to Ghana, he decided to show off his wealth at the opulent Bloom Bar by tossing cedi notes around for the crowd to pick.
Nobody tried to catch or even pick up the money, which surprised him. Was the money insufficient, or did Uncle Vinny forget that Bloom Bar was only for the big guys?
Uncle Vinny clearly did not receive the reception he had hoped for at the Tuesday show. Nobody even recognized him, let alone competed for his money.

Perhaps he should have done that stunt in the streets, where many people would be eager to struggle for a few notes.
Uncle Vinny’s life had been a disaster up until that point, and as a result, South Africans have been dragging him on social media.
