The Accra High Court’s Financial and Economic Crimes Division – ruled by by Justice Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe – has expressly authorized the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) to auction the possessions of alleged fraudster Nana Appiah Mensah.
The order came after EOCO filed a motion asking the court to allow it to auction off the assets of the dissolved corporation.
Brew Energy and G-Tech Automobile Service are two of the enterprises that will be sold alongside Menzgold’s other properties.
Other NAM 1 properties that will be auctioned off include Zylofon Art Complex, Brew Marketing Consult, and Star Madrid, a football club in Madrid, Spain.
The court also froze Zylofon Music and Media Company Limited, as well as two properties in Trassaco Valley, an unfinished residential property, and 510 acres of land claimed to belong to NAM 1.
