Jadyne De-Wayne Mensah Daniels: The new generation British-Ghanaian realtor changing the face of the world

The dawn of Luton, London on the 10th March 2000. gave a global change-maker the breath and breeze to be welcomed to this world.

Born Jadyne De-Wayne Mensah Daniels, a son to Mr Daniel Mensah and Mrs Veronica Mensah a Realtor and an Insurance Broker respectively, he had the opportunity to choose to be nothing and still live a happy life or choose to be something in his sweat.

With both circumstances offered, Jadyne chose to light his path and walk part of his father’s shadows to shelter people from the sun, rains or storms.

Jadyne De-Wayne kicked off his education at the prestigious Alpha Beta basic school in Ghana, and continued to – St Albans- Christian High before landing in one of Ghana’s most result-oriented and career-defining tertiary institutions in Ghana, the Ashesi University.

At just the age of 18 Jadyne has been furnished with what it takes to be his boss. He aided in facilitating the set up of DoubleTree Construction Ltd (2018) with the inspiration to provide luxury
homes with a well utilize space in a bid to reduce the housing deficit in Ghana.

Covering the face of the planet is not new Jadyne and his family hold the record and reputation for raising landmark edifices throughout Accra. The likes of Kwaku Bediako, Kwame Bediako, Kingsley Agyemang and Emmanuel Adu-Sarkodee are uncles to the young entrepreneur.

In the global space, Jadyne looks up to Manny Khosbin. “They all have futuristic ideas and creative ways of tackling pressing issues as well as putting the customers to heart and trying to solve their problems” Jadyne says as he speaks about the people who influence and inspire him.

Talking about how far his passion can take him, he says “I plan to build an empire in the real estate market whereby the youth are more inclined to be creative with their designs, ideas and tenacity to persevere when the odds are against them”.
