Shatta Wale, in a new Twitter rant, explains why he believes Nigerian artists are inferior to their Ghanaian counterparts.
In a series of tweets, the SM President reiterated an earlier statement he made at the Freedom Wave concert at the Accra Sports Stadium over the weekend, claiming that Nigerian acts were nothing special.
According to him, he would never require Nigerian artists to assist him in his music career or to draw a crowd.
Shatta Wale has insisted that Ghanaian artists are doing well and, in some cases, are ahead of their Nigerian counterparts.
Furthermore, he stated that if Ghanaian DJs focused on playing songs by local artists and avoided popularizing Nigerian music in Ghana, Ghanaian artists would rise to the pinnacle of musical glory.

One way music and melody …u deh take disturb man for Ghana … I can’t boldly tell you naija ppl … your artiste all sound the same One way style … I have nothing to loose Baba
Nobody is hating nobody here but the way you naija ppl like compare ur artiste to us is absurd. Sorry for those naija rats saying they haven’t heard my music before -Yes it’s because I am too ok with the love from Ghana where I was born than a strangers land to intimidate me.. #F
Ask some of your artiste ,they come here and flop … I have many shows I can make reference to ..some even get arrested here and some to deh chop slaps and you want to talk about stardom to me ..Nooooooooo sir !!!! Let your artiste tell you the truth !!!!
