Some Nigerian celebrities have expressed their displeasure with Ghanaian singer Shatta Wale for attacking Nigerian musicians and dismissing their efforts.
Shatta Wale erupted in rage while performing at his Freedom Concert at the Accra Sports Stadium, berating his Nigerian counterparts, including Wizkid, for their musical strides and achievements after Wizkid filled the O2 Arena with his ‘Made in Lagos’ tour in the UK a few weeks ago.
Shatta Wale has warned those who compare him to Wizkid and other Nigerian artists to stop because he, too, can fill a stadium and does not rely on Nigerians or Americans to succeed in music.
In response, popular Disc Jockey, DJ BigN, and reality TV star, Khloe, has lashed out at Shatta Wale, urging him to stop bickering because they can’t blame him because he’s a local champion.
DJ BigN shared a video of Shatta Wale ranting on his Instagram page and wrote;
My Dear @shattawalenima I watched this video more than once. I tried to see your point. We are not the enemy. You can’t Blatantly say “FxxK Nigerians” and think there won’t be any repercussions. We are not to blame that you are a local champion. Look at your counterpart @stonebwoyb He works smart. Stop this bickering and talk true. Naija man don collect your babe again Abi.

Nollywood actor, IK Ogbonna has also chided him and described Shatta Wale a complete disappointment. He also demanded an apology on behalf of Nigerians.
