The opposition National Democratic Congress has promised to pepper Ghanaians by treating them as badly as the NPP has.
According to the NDC, they have learned valuable lessons from the insensitive NPP government and how poorly they have treated Ghanaians, and thus they will toll the same bell.
Addressing party supporters, some party officials hinted that if the NDC wins the election in 2024, they will no longer be as accommodating to Ghanaians as they used to be…they will treat them as harshly as the NPP has.
The NDC has stated that they will only employ their people in high positions and that only close friends and families will benefit from the national budget.
“The NPP has shown the way. Boss, in terms of appointments, our people will also benefit. Baboons ill not work for the monkey to chop,” an official of the party said.
In support of the official’s claim in the company of former President Mahama, the NDC’s Chairman, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, stated that the NDC will not treat Ghanaians with kid gloves when they take office.
He insisted that only deserving party members would be rewarded. In turn, they would abandon their sympathetic approach to managing the country and emulate and implement the NPP’s hardheadedness.
“In NDC, we believe in rewarding deserving individuals and I believe in that. When we come to power, we will be less sympathetic like we used to do and govern the same way NPP has currently taught us,” – Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo said.
