A tipper truck has smashed into a tollbooth on the Tema Motorway this morning.
According to an eyewitness report, after the tragic accident, the two people got trapped in the crushed booth until people around the scene convened to rescue them.

Joy FM in the latest update during its 2 PM news bulletin reports that one person has died from the accident. The deceased has been identified as a 56-year-old deaf dumb man who was a cleaner at the toll booth.
Another victim from the accident is said to be in critical condition and being treated in the hospital. In the video below, an eyewitness gives an account of what happened.
