The Queen has spoken via an official statement from Buckingham Palace about Prince Harry and Meghan’s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
During the exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey about their decision to quit their Royal life to live as commoners, the couple listed facing racial treatment from unnamed members of the family.

“In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, we have in tandem, the conversation of “He won’t be given security, he’s not going to be given a title,” and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born,” Meghan said.
Prince Harry and Meghan among other issues also complained about how the U.K press became toxic to them with Meghan stating that she faced depression when she noted that at that “I didn’t want to be alive anymore”.
The interview with the American TV icon has since sparked global outrage on social media which has finally attracted a response from Buckingham Palace.
The letter notes that the Royal Palace has noticed the issues raised by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex — “particularly that of race” which are “concerning” and proceeds to add that the concerns will be addressed privately as a family – read it below.
