Odartey Lamptey: Court Throws Out Case Of Footballer’s Ex-Wife Again

Ex-Wife of Nii Odartey Lamptey’s appeal to own his exquisite 7 bedroom  mansion has been quashed by  court.

According to Kasapafmonline, the appeal filed by Gloria Appiah, former wife Nii Odartey Lamptey was thrown out by the court of appeal.

In the appeal she wanted ownership of the East Legon Villa which belonged to Nii Odartey Lamptey. When asked of his opinion on the issue, by Kasapa’s Alexander Ayanka.

He was grateful to God for seeing him through these difficult times. “I am grateful to God for always being there for me. Few people survive in this kind of situation but thank Him I am alive and kicking” the football legend expressed.

Nii Odartey Lamptey and Gloria Appiah, were divorced in 2017. As part of her Alimony, she received 200,000 cedis, a car and Odartey Lamptey’s house at Dome.

Unsatisfied with the ruling of judge Cecila Don-Chebe Agbevey, she filed for an appeal to own his seven bedroom mansion at East Legon. The three judges who presided over her rules in favor of Odafrtey Lamptey.

Their divorce was as result of DNA tests which proved Nii Odartey Lamptey was not the biological father of their three daughters.   All this saga begun way back in 2013.
