John Dumelo is not taking chances to miss being a registered Ghanaian voter.
The actor turn politician is the NDC MP aspirant for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency, a parliamentary seat currently occupied by NPP’s Lydia Seyram Alhassan, who won the seat during a by-election after her husband died in office as the sitting MP.
However, John has been massively campaigning and optimistic to win the seat. With such zeal, he turned out to be the first person to queue at an EC registration centre in his constituency. John Dumelo arrived at the centre yesterday around 10:00 PM.
Remember, today, 30th June 2020, is the first day of registration for the new Voters’ Register which will be used for 2020 election in December but he decided to go ahead of time to secure the first spot – see his post below.
