Pete Edochie is saying that coronavirus is a punishment from God.
According to the Nollywood veteran actor, if God hasn’t sanctioned it, Covid-19 won’t be all over the world to destroy lives.

“Talking about corona, I believe that God knows what is happening. Don’t worry about how it originated, whether it’s from the laboratory, China … the point is that this thing has gone around the entire word. If God were not a part of this, it wouldn’t have gone round the whole world,” he said.
Pete in a video seen by FameBugs also vehemently spoke against homosexuality, saying that if he looks at what is happening now in, he sometimes regret being a human being. “Today the situation is worse, you have homosexuality, you have lesbianism”.
From the video below, he referred to Sodom and Gomorrah story in the bible but concluded saying that ” I don’t want to feel that God wants to give us the Sodom and Gomorrah treatment, this is why covid is here. I don’t want to feel that way”.
