“He Is just A Snake Under Grass” – Kwame Nkrumah’s Son Attacks Kuffour

Sekou Nkrumah has dropped subtle shots at Kuffour for criticizing his late father, Kwame Nkrumah’s governance.

He described Kuffour as a “snake under grass” who keeps misleading people with his attitude. This assertion came after Kuffour blamed Ghana’s current governmental woes on Nkrumah poor planning.

Kuffour claimed Kwame Nkrumah rushed Ghana’s development and with no plan or structure. The former President, who ruled Ghana from 2000 to 2008, however, acknowledged Nkrumah as a visionary leader but said he laid a poor foundation for Ghana’s development.

“On the surface, He appears as a nice man but is a snake under grass!! For me personally” Sekou said in a reply to Kuffour’s comment.

In a lengthy reaction to the ex-president’s remarks on his father, Sekou emphasized that “in fact, what Kuffour is saying is that we didn’t really need independence and that we are better off under manipulations of the West” he wrote. See more from his post below.
