Following disagreements over whether the COVID jab should be made mandatory, Efia Odo has challenged Nana Aba Anamaoh to a social media brawl.
The fracas began when Efia Odo shared her independent opinion on why she believed the COVID jab should not be made mandatory in response to an announcement by the Ministry of Health and the Ghana Health Service.
These statutory institutions have stated that without the COVID tests, citizens and people planning to enter the country will lose some liberties. Many people spoke out in support and opposition to the move, and Efia Odo was among them.
In a tweet, she wrote: Malaria has killed more people than COVID 19 (approximately 20,000 people yearly) but they’re mandating us to take a vaccine. Taking a vaccine should be a personal choice and not a mandatory decision. Guess I’m stuck in Ghana cuz I’m not taking any disapproved vaccine.
Following that, Nana Aba Anamoah and Serwaa Amihere attempted, in a series of tweets ostensibly directed at Efia Odo, to point out inaccuracies in her statement and to encourage Ghanaians to get the COVID jabs.
Efia Odo became enraged when she realized Nana Aba Anamoah was using her tweets to mock her and make a statement about why her opinion was flawed.
Following that, Efia Odo challenged Nana Aba Anamaoh to a Twitter brawl. She insisted that Nana Aba Anamoah feel comfortable addressing her directly. She went on to refer to her as a bitch.
