Akuapem Poloo has finally met her requirements for the bail granted to her 2 days ago.
Despite her GH80,000 bail with 2 sureties granted on Wednesday, the convicted actress was sent to the Nsawam Prison where she was held whilst official requirement and documentation for her release were being prepared.
Today Akuapem Poloo was at the criminal division of the Accra High court to finalise the process and that was successful. Poloo’s next move is to return Nsawam prison and officially sign out – adomonline.com reported.
The report comes with the video below that shows the actress being escorted into a pick up by prison officers at the premises of the Accra High Court as they head to Nsawam prison.
Rosemond Alade Brown aka Akuapem Poloo was jailed for 90 days last Friday by an Accra Circuit Court after pleading guilty to charges levelled against her for taking a nude picture with her son and posting it on her Instagram page.
However, Andrews Kudzo Vortia who is the lawyer for the jailed socialite, on Monday filed a notice of appeal of the sentence and the application for bail which has been granted with the terms now met.
This means, Akuapem Poloo will be home today after her official sign out at the Nsawam Prison.
