Nigerian business mogul Aliko Dangote has shared his candid opinion on the quality of human resources the African continent needs to succeed.
According to him, Africa needs only 20 of such people like Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Alassane Ouattara of Ivory Coast and President Akufo-Addo of Ghana.
Speaking at the Africa Centre for Economic Transformation (ACET) forum, Aliko Dangote who is the richest man on the continent intimated that Africa needs visionary leaders who will lead the transformation agenda and he recommended the aforementioned trio.
“We do not need to have all 54 countries to have visionary leaders. What we need is a maximum of 20 of the likes of President of Ghana, Rwanda and Cote D’Ivoire,” he said.
