Adu Safowaa has announced Hon Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu is her lawyer amidst her saga with Afia Schwarzenegger.
Safowaa and Schwar have been at each other’s throat since last week after the former jumped to the defence of Akua Amoakowaa who was being bullied the latter over her relationship with her estranged husband, Dr Kwaku Oteng.
Adu Safowaa ended up in police cells last week after a businessman that she alleged is HIV positive because he dated Schwarzenegger, reported her to the police. Whilst she was in custody, Afia Schwarzenegger managed to enter the police station, went to the cell and filmed Adu Safowaa behind bars to embarrass her online.
The video which captured other inmates with one naked in the cell sparked outrage on social media with calls for Afia Schwarzenegger to be arrested over the act. Others also advised Adu Safowaa to report and sue Schwarzenegger for dehumanising and defaming with the video that got circulated online.

Afia has attempted to deny recording the video above but Adu Safowaa says she was the one behind the recording.
In the latest update, Safowaa has announced that Hon Francis Xavier Sosu is now her lawyer. The Madina MP who is a first-time parliamentarian after the 2020 election, is acknowledged for his brilliance in succeeding with human right cases in court.
Adu Safowaa’s next line of action is not clear yet but she posted Hon Sosu’s photo today and as seen in the screenshot below, she wrote “meet my personal LAWYER, LAWYER FRANCIS SOSU, Mp for Madina constituency. Follow him @fxsosu But wait ooooo… WHO ARRESTS THE ARRESTOR? Eb3 y3 pinzo”
